I am a very suspicious person since I work a lot with the data protection agency.  I have had a message supposedly from admin asking for my affix details.  If this is above board I am quite happy to send it ( I have nothing to hide). If this is just a chat room why do they need affix registrations????

The emails are genuine and are sent to members of the main Champdogs breeder site whom list an affix. They are not required for forum members.

Champdogs has recently introduced several new procedures for accepting breeders and litters for our list. One of our initiatives is to make sure that all breeders whom list an affix on their pages, actually have that affix officially recognised by the Kennel Club. This is why I have requested confirmation. It is for our records and will be kept in the strictest confidence.

Another initiative is to make sure that all litters are Kennel Club registered. We have a set criteria now for accepting litters and breeders and unfortunately, some breeders have not met our criteria and are removed.
