Hiya You could try Swift Paws they advertise in the Our Dogs magazine. Or telephone 02476370379. I have no idea how much they are.

Try someone on 01642 890891, they have all contact equipment for sale (second hand) 'delivery possible.'
You could always pop along to a local agility show and arrange to meet an agility manufacturer there.
