Champdogs Information Exchange - Not logged in
Hi
Have tried email to admin about this a couple of times but haven't had a reply as yet so I wondered if anyone else on here could help? I have a breeders' account and have added a dog that I now want to remove. For the life of me I can't see an option to delete. Have tried simply blanking out the data but it won't let me do that as there are required fields. I just want to remove the entry altogether.
Am I being dense? There must be a way surely?

Have done - would appreciate knowing it has been received as it is the thrid mail I have sent about this. I know you are busy and don't expect instant response but am concerned that my messages are disappearing into a black hole (first mail about this was in July!).

It is very obvious. If we have not received your email, then you will not get a response! ALL emails are responded to within 24 hours maximum. May I suggest that you sort your email problem out. We can not answer things that we do not receive. We are good but even we are not that good.
In the event that you do not receive a response, name the dog here that you wish removed and why you wish it to be removed and we will do it for you.
With respect I sent the request via YOUR contact form on the website - so please don't blame me for the fact that it clearly doesn't work.
I will now send an email directly if you give me your email address.
