I had to take Kali to the vets tonight. The cancer had spread into her chest causing breathing problems. She would have been 12 on Tuesday 28th September.

It doesn't get any easier, does it? I've had to do this with several dogs and I'm sitting with tears streaming down my cheeks.

At least I've got her neice and great-nephew to comfort me.

Ahhh I'm sorry , it never does get any easier.  I know exactly how you are feeling at the moment, we had to have our greyhound gypsy put down a week ago.  I suppose its the least we can do for our friends after all the love they give us.
