Thanks everyone - when we did the Bronze/Silver last November I never thought we would be doing out of sight stays within a few months. I just did a search for my previous mail and it read:
~~~~
Well she did it - she managed to lie still for one minute (and do various
other things) and pass her Bronze Good Citizen Test THEN she lay still for 2
whole very long minutes <<snip>> I hate stays!
brilliant . well done , mav . best wishes Mari
Well done Christine and Maverick - I was chuffed to bits recently when Honey got her Bronze at 9 months. Was due to do silver in two weeks but she's just come in season so will have to cancel that. One of her litter mates got silver at 7 months. Apparently you can get a little silver disc for the collar from the KC. Do you get anything for gold (apart from a lovely well behaved dog that is)
Lorna
Yes, you can get a lapel badge for the owner to wear. I wear mine with great pride.
