yes there is a lady in hereford who breads them she uses the belmont vets on belmont rd hereford  if you ring the vet s they will forword your phone no this is how i found her when i was looking for a wier dachshund  if you have any trouble get back to me .

also you could contact the kennel club in england they will tell you of any registerd breeders
