Haven't made my mind up between the two yet.

Colourings or markings not important, & it doesn't need to be related to the Crufts champion, if it is, great.

The hound breeds you are interested in are very different to one another and both need special handling. Have you visited breeders of both breeds, if not I would suggest you do before making up your mind. I don't think I will offend any lovers of these breeds to say you will not need to be house proud if you wish to have either of these breeds in your home. If you have done your homework thats good if not then try the breeders listed on this site and see if you can arrange to visit. If you can't find anyone on the lists then post again and I will look up breed club secretaries numbers for you. Have just looked at the Breeders listed on this site and there is a breeder of both these breeds in Lancs.

Not sure whereabouts you live but I suggest you visit a championship show
such as the Houndshow at Stafford. Then you could meet quite a few
hounds & owners.
