I was just reading my crufts critique which finally was printed in one of the dog papers. I got 2nd place and it says "same as 1 but......." does that mean the comments for my dog should read the same as the dog that got 1st place but then the judge carry's on to say something else about my dog in particular ?

Sometimes a judge with say 'same remarks apply' which would mean that they were similar in many ways he probably just split hairs between first and second and then added a few words to yours,its quite hard whenyou get two very nice,similar dogs and you need to choose the best and then you dont want to write exactlly the same about both. A second at Crufts is wonderful well done.
