I keep getting all the not-very-recent posts down as new messages - again...and again.....and again.... and again.....

I think it depends on which way you enter the forum. You need to bookmark http://www.champdogs.co.uk/cgi-bin/board/forum.pl and use that entry to the site, otherwise the board won't recognise that you have been on before.

Or click on the refresh button at the top of the page, and that SHOULD bring up only the new posts. Another idea is to make this your home page so that everytime you open your browser this site comes up, completely refreshed as it has to reload it every time

Thanks folks. I haven't turned off my computer for a bit as I had a nasty message to say my hard disc had something like a terminal disease, so I panicked, as as lot wasn't stored on floppy, and I haven't had time to do anything about it - too busy on champdogs
