Does anyone have contact with a breed rescue or breeder in northern Spain Bilbao area.  I,m posting this for some else so the details are a bit vague.  The dog is injured but the lady involved could  not find anyone to help in the way of a vet or rescue.  She had to return home leaving the dog.  She has tried several avenues for help but with no success.  The dog is still there as she has contact with someone.  If anyone knows a breeder in that area who could help please contact  jolopes@hotmail.com    Thank you.
