I am looking at the rules of the YKC members stakes classes final and I am really not understanding rule numbers 3 B, 3 C and all of rule number 4.

Also in rule 2 does a dog qualify for the stakes classes if it has been placed first, Second, Third, Fourth or Fifth place?

It would be greatly appreciated if some one or people can explain all the above in more great detail that i can understand properly without being puzzled.

NOt sure where the rules are so haven't seen them.

A dog can qualify by winning or being the higestest place non qualifier OR in the case of two groups being in the same class, the highest place non qualifier of the breeds group
