Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of patience :D

There are quite a few different methods, but they all boil down to one thing - once you start using whichever method, you must NEVER let your dog get away with pulling - not even once, that will actually make the behaviour a lot harder to sort out.  I'll let someone else go through the details of the methods - I'm not the best authority that as I still have a pulling dog :-) Be prepared for a lot of work - also how long as she been pulling?  The longer she's been doing it, the harder it will be to break; pulling a very rewarding thing for a dog to do, as it activates their opposition reflex - i.e. they feel the tension on the lead and push into it (like if someone pushes you, you lean into the push), and it gets her where she wants to go.  Don't react to her at all - any attention is rewarding in a situation like this, especially leash jerks and pulling her back (again with the reflex).
A goof, an eejit, a fruitloop and a maniac. LIfe wouldn't be the same without them :-)

I used a gencon training harness on mine ,tried a various selection of other ones to no avail. you can only get them online or from trainers. They work on determined pullers!
