/hi can anyone help

My male dog keep cocking his leg all over the house, he is now two and we have been trying to train him for two years.  Somone mentioned creat training and we have been trying that for the past few months to no luck.  He  just keeps pooing and weeing in his cage.  He gets totaly cover in his own mess.  We start buy leaving him in there for 10 mins at a time etc.  He is never left for more than two hours by him self.  Even in the house he does not let use know he wants out he just cocks his legs or poos anywhere with out notice.  He is a small breed so when squats sometimes you dont realise until its done...what can i do the house now sticks especailly my ceramic tiles.

When you say you've been trying to train him for two years, what did that training involve? Did you take him out regularly and stay outside while he performed and then praised him? Have you used rewards? Does he have a "performing" command, for example? And have you had him checked by the vet in case there is a medical reason that might be affecting his training? I notice you said he was a small breed, could you elaborate?
