Hi
We have a 7 day old litter of 7, one of them is fading, seen by the vet and put on anti biotics in case of infection.
He is very lethargic, very little interest in milk either bottle or mum, moves his head and legs but doesn't move around like the others, just lays where I put him.
Any suggestions please.
Thanks
Lynn

Lynn please do contact your vet immediatially about the article Admin linked. I've used the method on a fading litter and it works very fast and very well. Feel free to contact me on jaserd@f2s.com if you want more information about it.
Life is too short to hunt with an ugly hound

you could give him rehydration fluid with a tiny syring,i give glucose in cool boiled water when this has happened to mine ,just 2 mil every 2 hours and they have soon gone back on mum and never looked back, believe me it has helped many in my breed, all i give is ...one teaspoon of glucose powder to one mug full of cool boiles water, its fantastic and really gives them a boost
good luck
