Previous Next Up Topic Other Boards / Feedback / New Posts?

Hi Admin,
When the site slowed down a little while ago, I started clicking on "new posts" instead of going through the individual boards because it was much quicker. I assumed that "new posts" would show all new posts since my last visit to the site, but I often find answers to comments and questions where I've never seen the original comment. Am I just wrong in my assumtion of how it works? Should I just go back to trawling the boards?
While I'm here, thanks for a great site! :-)

"Active Topics" is the best way to hang out & get in good with all of the new posts :D :D :D

Lynn,
I have found something odd out that could make a difference in what you see here. I always use Netscape as my browser...when I read a thread or post, when I return back to "Active Topics," it automatically refreshes to show newer & older posts + the ones that I haven't read yet.

This afternoon, because of another site locking up... it made my Netscape not want to load & I didn't want to go through the whole 8 minute shutdown & restart for my dinasaur.... I'm now using Explorer. Everytime I come back to the "Active Topics" I have to constantly hit "refresh" to keep me updated on new/old posts & topics. Very annoying.
Enjoy [$ have fun ])
toodles cool
