Can anyone let me have the name of the stuff (I think it is herbal) that you can put on the tonge of the dog to calm nerves before going in the ring. I want to try it for a nervous traveller but can't think for the life of me what it is called. Any idea??

In emergencies or to calm before going in the ring I use Skullcap & valarian liquid from Dorren Paige it works almost at once

Could this be "Rescue Remedy" you are thinking of? It's a Bach Flower Remedy & you can get it from Boots & most health food shops. You can either put a drop or two on the tongue or put the drops in the dog's drinking water. I use it myself occasionally & do find it has a calming effect -mind you that might be the brandy in it
