Anyone heading for Border Union?

yes, i wouldnt miss it-its my local show!! one of the nearer ones, and i love the atmosphere at this show, the car parking beside your benches etc. its a favourite :D

Hi Claire & Dizzy, yes I'll be there first thing Sunday but will probably nip over on Saturday too. If either of you or any other Champdoggers have a bit of time to spare we're 10 minutes down the road, the free bar chez nous is open all weekend

Sharon are you showing on the Sunday ? If you are I'll try to remember to look you up in the catalogue, if you are not come and find me at the weimaraner ring. I don't know if we'll be hanging around for very long as we're doing some building work so will no doubt have to get back home but hopefully we can stay for a while as I always enjoy Border Union, providing the weather is nice. :D

Last time I was at BU I was only spectating and left my dog in the car. As I'm exhibiting this time do you think I will be allowed to leave my bitch in the car who is not being shown like I would at an open show ? Normally at benched champ shows she doesn't come with us as I won't enter her NFC but with BU I'm not sure what I'll be allowed to do what with the benching being so close to the car park etc.

theyre pretty easy on what folk bring in, i dont think theyve ever checked my car in all the years ive gone,-they just point you in the right direction, so i think it would be ok -but have you got cages fitted as it often gets red hot at that show and youd have to be able to open the back up if it is,
ive seen familys looking around the show with the family crossbreed, on more than one occasion :D

Yes we do have cages and can open the tailgate with the cage doors padlocked and the car alarm on.
