Hi Colin :-)

If you use the SEARCH button at the top , and put House Training into it there have been quite a lot of threads on the subject ..you may find something in there that will help. :-)

Best advice I can give is to take the pup outside regulalry and give a command that she will associate with the action ..ie *Hurry Up* for a pee or *Be Quick* for a dump. Keep her out until she has performed and then lavish praise on her. Do not tell her off when she makes a mistake . Wash the affected area of the floor with biological soap powder to get rid of the smell. At 15 weeks she is still unable to control her bladder for a great length of time and also , maybe hasnt quite got the hang of going out yet :-) Rather than assuming she will go out for a pee , make sure you take her out ...every 20 mins or so ....

Hope that Helps
